Running your own business should be something fun and rewarding; like us, many of you might be very excited to start working with family, some close friends or people who make you feel enthusiastic about new possibilities; however, after coaching several business owners we have found two common factors that keep them from growing successfully: few people who are just too busy on operations rather than creating new opportunities, and high salary expectations of new labor force.

We came across a solution that was already working for some business models- other staffing companies have been helping entrepreneurs decrease labor margins. We found a some of them, but they seemed to be either focused on “the big fish”, or too focused on specialized fields that maybe have nothing to do with your own products or services.
